Troy
Troy’s racing name Turamurra Tom is now up for adoption. Troy was born in Australia then after few races was exported to Macau in China where he raced at the Canidrome. Troy was sent over after the passport ban by his trainer. On the data base in Australia he is down as retired when he actually spent nearly 5 years at the Canidrome. He is in foster now as we are helping Foal Farm Rescue to find him the perfect home . He struggled to adapt to home life at first and was extremely unhappy in the rescue kennels hence why we are helping. He is now loving life and his most favourite thing is the toy box. He doesn’t just like one toy, or two toys or even three he likes the whole box. Troy is house trained, walks great on the lead, is wonderful with greyhounds and big dogs but small animals he struggles with. He finds them all too much and gets very excited so he can’t live with small animals. A sighthound savy home is what he needs. He is a survivor and deserves the best home. He will be 8 years old on New Year’s Day so he has a few things against him like being black, older, can’t go with smaller animals but don’t let that put you off he truly is a special and wonderful hound.
