Grayson

Grayson is a Dog Meat Trace survivor who is available for adoption through our sister rescue Candy’s Hound Rescue International. He was rescued 5 years ago by Harbin SHS Animal Rescue but because of covid, he hasn’t been able to leave China and so has spent five years of his precious life in kennels in Harbin. Due to the winters being extremely harsh in Harbin, Grayson hasn’t been able to exercise outside all winter. He is a massive full Greyhound but has a very old, unfit body.
He is around 8-9 years old maybe older. He is absolutely adorable and very happy; he will always greet you with a wag and that beautiful big smile! He is however, extremely handshy. He wants to interact with humans but when you actually touch him and stoke him he will go to the floor like a scared dog 😞. It’s utterly heartbreaking tbh because he really wants to but something has happened in his life where he must have been hit.
